Little Acorns – Growing Together from the Very Beginning

Little Acorns is a warm and welcoming pre-school provision based within our wider Ysgol y Graig community, helping children take their first steps into early learning with confidence.

Although Little Acorns is a separate entity and is not run or managed by Ysgol y Graig, we have very strong links and work closely together as part of our shared community. This close relationship helps children and families become familiar with the school environment and supports positive transition into Nursery when the time comes.

Little Acorns provides a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can play, explore, communicate, make friends and develop independence. Through purposeful play and a range of carefully planned experiences, children are supported to build confidence and develop important early skills.

Our strong partnership means that Little Acorns and Ysgol y Graig can work together to support families, share community opportunities and help children develop a real sense of belonging from an early age.
At the heart of this partnership is a shared commitment to helping children feel safe, happy, valued and ready for the next stage of their journey.
